This recipe is low carb, protein packed, and sooo tasty. This 15 minute recipe is loaded with flavor!

Ground Turkey Egg Roll Bowl ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 3 tsp ginger (minced, crushed, or grated)
- 2 tsp garlic (minced or crushed)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 16 oz tri-colored coleslaw
How to make Egg Roll in a Bowl (Ground Turkey)
- Brown the ground turkey and cook until there is no more pink.
- Add in the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in coleslaw and mix. Cook for 3-5 minutes (I err on less time because I like my veggies crisp!)
- Serve! Top with spicy mayo, green onion, or whatever your heart desires!

How to store leftovers
This recipe is great for meal prep! Allow to cool, then place in food safe containers. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. It reheats beautifully!
