Bright, refreshing, and functional, this refresher takes a packet of Lemonade Salt LMNT to a whole new level!

This is my FAVORITE way to enjoy LMNT these days! I came up with the recipe in the summer and have been drinking it almost daily for 6+ months. My family LOVES it, too! I often use my SIL as a recipe tester/critique and this one gets her stamp of approval…she was definitely a fan. I think you will be, too!
What is LMNT?
LMNT is an electrolyte drink mix designed with the goal to help improve health with hydration. There’s no sugar, so it is paleo-keto. The first time I had it I was very unsure of how I felt…it’s definitely salty, but the flavor was SO good. After a couple of tries, I adjusted the water amount I used to come up with the perfect salty/water ratio for me (I love that it’s customizable!). My favorites are the raspberry, lemonade, and watermelon (the watermelon kind reminds me of a salty Otter Pop!). The Chocolate Caramel is also da’ bomb!

- SF Strawberry Syrup
- SF Coconut Syrup
- Coconut Creme Coffee Mate
- Strawberry Puree (optional; if I add this, it’s only when I have a jar of homemade puree in my fridge!)

How to Make Easy Strawberry Refresher Recipe with Lemonade Salt LMNT
Guys, this is so easy. Get ready.
- Mix your LMNT packet into the cold water.
- Add strawberry and coconut syrups and give it a little mix.
- Add your coconut creamer and strawberry puree and give it a little mix.
- Add ice. That’s it!
- Sip. Enjoy. Repeat.

- 1 packet Lemonade Salt LMNT
- Cold water (8-16 oz. is typically what I use. Adjust based on how salty you like it!)
- 2 pumps SF coconut syrup
- 2 pumps SF strawberry syrup
- 2 TB coconut coffee creamer
- 1 – 2 TB strawberry puree (optional but extra delicious)
