Dirty Little Secret Copycat Swig Recipe

The “Dirty Little Secret” may not be so secretive anymore! Don’t live by Swig? No problem. You can make this Swig copycat recipe at home anytime!

The Secret is Out!

Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is not my jam. But the Swig drink inspired by it? It definitely is. If you don’t live near Swig, give this copycat recipe a go…ESPECIALLY if you love Dr Pepper. Or coconut. Or pineapple.

  • Dr Pepper: we always default to Dr Pepper zero (thank you, insulin resistance!), but regular Dr Pepper or Diet Dr Pepper will work just fine!
  • Coconut Syrup: again, Little Miss Insulin Resistant over here, so we stick with the sugar free stuff. But full sugar is fine, too!
  • Pineapple juice or syrup: I have found that pineapple syrup can sometimes be tricky to find, unless I get it from Amazon. We use canned pineapple juice (although it does increase the sugar content!).
  • Vanilla creme: We like Coffee Mate’s French Vanilla Zero Sugar Creamer!
  • Ice

Helpful tools for making this Dr Pepper Mixed Drink

  1. Combine your Dr Pepper, coconut syrup, pineapple juice or syrup, and cream in a large glass or tumbler. Gently stir.
  2. Serve immediately with ice!
