What you’ll need to make a Simmer Pot
- Lemon
- Rosemary
- Lavender: I use dried, but you can also experiment with fresh!
- Florals: I love using daisies, roses, or whatever is in season from my flower garden!
- Pot: I love using this enamel cast iron pot!

How to make Simmer Pot Potpourri
- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
- Bring to a simmer, reduce heat, and enjoy the oh-so fresh smells!
Crockpot Potpourri
Alternatively, you can fill a crockpot 3/4 full of water. Add the rosemary, lemon, lavender, and florals. Set on high for 3-4 hours uncovered, so potpourri can become heated and the aromas develop.

Batch Make It! Double or triple the recipe and evenly divide ingredients between mason jars or air tight containers and store in the fridge. You’ll have stovetop potpourri at your fingertips for up to five days!

- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 springs of rosemary
- 2-4 sprigs of lavender
- Fresh florals, stems and leaves removed
- Water
- Combine all ingredients in a pot.
